ReMind's executive services for managers, directors and departments provides collaborative and strategic department-wide analysis, planning and training of management and staff to facilitate the development and adaptations necessary to accomplish department-wide goals. Success plans are created utilizing research-based best practices, resources, and assistive-technology to improve organization, and efficiency. Business-wide goals are coupled with the necessary executive skills for the development and implementation of new policies and procedures, departmental operations, management techniques, and the targeted executive functioning of individual professionals. Plans are realized through educational sessions, training seminars, skill acquisition workshops, targeted interventions, as well as, through individualized instruction and executive coaching.
